Looking for a call center for rent in Lahore by the seat rather than by the floor? Most small call-centre teams do not need a building. They need a fixed number of chairs, a connection that runs all night and somewhere to take calls, for whatever hours the client keeps.
Teams can book a block of seats for nights only. Your agents sit together on the shared floor, work a ten-hour shift or the hours you set, and leave the desks for the morning. Calls are allowed on the shared floor, so nobody has to walk off every time the dialler connects.
That is the case for office space for call center work rented by the seat rather than by the square foot. The company buys no generator and signs no internet contract in its own name: the internet, the backup power, the printing and the tea come with every seat. What keeps a night running
Inside a night shift coworking space
A night shift usually fails in small ways: the power drops, the router drops, the kettle is empty halfway through. WorkBench runs as a 24 hour coworking space for members, and this is what is in place for those nights.

A generator and a UPS stand behind the supply, and the backup power runs all night. Electricity backup is part of every plan. We do not publish a runtime figure.

Every seat has high speed internet, and it runs all night. We publish no speed figure, so try it on a day pass before you move a team in.

Tea, coffee and food
Tea, coffee and food are available at night. Tea and coffee are unlimited on every plan, there is a vending machine, and a whole floor is given to the cafeteria for the break halfway through.

Parking
There is parking at night, so arriving late and leaving at first light needs no plan for the car.
The backup power, the internet and the tea are on every plan, and the night shift gets them in full, not a cut-down version for the small hours. Not sure yet? A day pass is PKR 2,000.
Calls
Calls on the floor, and a booth when you want a door
Calls are allowed on the shared floor, which matters when most of the job is talking to customers. When a call needs a closed door, there are two single-seat call booths and a two-person Pod Room, and members book them against a monthly quota. The huddle rooms and the board room take a client review or anything bigger. Non-members pay by the hour for meeting rooms, PKR 1,000 to 2,500.
Book a booth for the client who wants to hear only you, and keep the shared desk for everything else. Printing is free, and photocopying and scanning are on the same floor.
Who is here at night
Security guards and an office boy on the night shift
Security guards are on site at night, and the office boy is available at night too, so a night team is not alone in the building and there is someone to ask for tea. There are CCTV cameras, and there are separate prayer rooms for women and men for a shift that runs through a prayer time.
Reception is a daytime desk, staffed 9AM to 9PM, Monday to Saturday. Outside its hours the floor stays open to members and the guards stay on.
Freelancers and remote workers
A coworking space for freelancers on foreign clients
Not every night worker has a team. If you write code for a client in California, run a UK client’s inbox or edit video for an agency in Sydney, you ask what a call-centre manager asks: will the power and the internet hold until the client signs off?
A freelancer office does not need to be a room of your own. A shared desk on the night shift gives you a freelancing office for the price of one seat: a proper desk in a shared workspace in Lahore, ten hours a night or your own hours, with electricity backup, high speed internet and an office boy on hand. Office seats here are sold one at a time, at the discounted night rate, and the call booths are close by when a client wants video without your living room behind you.

For call center space for rent, the night rate is multiplied by the headcount, and we quote the total on WhatsApp so you have the full figure before the first night. We have not published a minimum term, deposit or notice period for night seats. Ask about all three when you message, before you commit.

There is parking at night and security guards on site, which is most of what a night arrival wants to know. Your company can also use the address as its registered business address.
