  • The connection, and the power under it

    High speed internet with a generator and a UPS standing behind it. Nobody on your payroll spends a morning on the phone to a provider, and a power cut is not a day lost.

  • Rooms nobody bills you for

    The board room, three huddle rooms and the pod room sit inside the membership, on a monthly allowance we are flexible about. Bringing a client in costs you the walk to the door.

  • A front desk you did not have to hire

    Reception is staffed, there is a concierge around the clock, CCTV throughout and a security guard on site. Your visitor is met by somebody whose salary is not on your books.

  • The printer and its whole ecosystem

    Printing is free, and there is photocopying and scanning as well. No cartridge to reorder, no service call to chase, no cupboard given over to reams of paper.

  • A pantry with a floor to itself

  • Calls leave the floor There are two calling booths and a pod room to take the conversation off the desks, so one long call does not tax the people sitting either side of it.
  • Meetings happen behind doors Three huddle rooms and a board room, all bookable through Pulse. The meeting that overruns does it behind a door rather than over the desks.
  • Lunch has its own address The cafeteria is a floor of its own. Food, and the talking that comes with food, happens a staircase away from anybody trying to concentrate.
  • So does the fun Table tennis and foosball both live in the game room, which is the point of having one. Neither of them is behind your chair.

Prefer the same seat every day? A dedicated desk is PKR 25,000 a month and stays yours whether or not you turn up for it.

A shared desk is PKR 20,000 a month and a dedicated desk PKR 25,000. A private room for the team is PKR 25,000 per seat monthly, so six people is six seats and not a floor.

No, it is inside the membership, against a monthly allowance the team is flexible about. Somebody who is not a member books the same rooms by the hour instead.
